All new developments require SAP or SBEM Calculations and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) under Building Regulations Approved Documents L1 & L2 (2006). This is a detailed measurement of overall energy efficiency of the property. We are qualified and insured to carry out these calculations on new homes, conversions, extensions & commercial buildings. As we are totally independent we can provide impartial advice and assessments to architects, developers, builders, surveyors and other property professionals. We are also accredited to convert our calculations into Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s).
